How long have you been a KISS fan?
The Summer of '76

Who is your favorite KISS member, and why?
It's always fluttered back and forth between Ace and Paul, depending on my moods. But then again that's like asking, "How do like your lobster, baked or broiled?"

What attracted you to KISS and KISS kollecting?
At first sight, I did not fall in love. In '75, I'd walk into a record store to buy my favorite 45 ('cause that's all my allowance could afford) and I'd see Alive! and I'd say, "Man, what a bunch of weirdos." It was like the state fair, you get a queasy feeling at first seeing all the freaks and rides, but after the first ride you go, "Hey, let's do it again and then we'll look at the 5-legged goat and the Alligator Woman." (Although KISS Kollecting is a lot more enjoyable than collecting photos of a 5-legged goat or Alligator Woman's latest album.)

Do you collect liscensed KISS items or just anything that says "KISS"?
Anything that's 70's. Where have you found most of your stuff? I've got just about everything that I wanted over the years when it came out and kept it (with the exception of a few things). How would I know that it would be major collectibles years down the road. I know I've lost a lot of friends and girlfriends because of my obsession with KISS, especially around the Unmasked and Elder years. Put a price tag on that!

In your kollection, what are your rarest items?
A letter Paul wrote me in '79. A broken guitar from 1982 and my Honda KISSmobile poster. Have you ever passed on an item that you have since been unable to find? An ex-girlfriend washed my Majik Market cups in the dishwasher!!! After I threw her head in the lake, I've been unsucessful at finding them all - only 4. Oh, and when the KISS dolls came out I had no interest in buying them. I thought they were cheap looking and not as cool as "G.I. Joe". Now I feel like a "Barbie". I was hoping for the KISS marionettes.

Have you had any luck finding KISS stuff locally?
Once in a blue moon, very blue. Midnight blue, the color of Spinal Tap's "Smell the Glove".

Have you ever attended any KISS conventions?
The first 3 Florida KISS Cons. I interviewed Ace at the 2nd and Peter at the 3rd.

Do you collect items from other countries?
All countries, even Mars.

Do you subscribe to other KISS fanzines?
No.

Were you ever a member of the original KISS Army?
Abso-fuckin-lutely! '76, '77, '78, '79 and '80!

On which tours have you seen KISS?
From Dynasty on...

Which KISS tour is the most memorable and why?
August 14, 1979 front row center in Nashville, Tennessee. Need I say more? Also, Chattanooga on the 10th Anniversary tour. I went backstage and met them all for the frist time. That's also where I caught Paul's guitar.

Of all the high points in KISS' career, which stands out most in your mind?
Everything is a high point in my mind. It's the low points like Peter gone, Ace gone and Eric Carr really gone. Forever hurts. I was fortunate enough to have met and known Eric Carr. Over the years he would always acknowledge my presence. "God Gave Rock and Roll" to him.

What KISS shows would you like to see come out on video?
The entire un-cut Magic Mountain show from the movie and the night that Ace was electrocuted, although that's probably not on film.

Do you have any advice for your fellow KISS Kollectors out there?
If you can't stand the fire, get out of the kitchen.

What advice would you give to KISS?
No one gives KISS advice - they're a force. You don't give a hurricane advice.

What is your opinion of the KISS Reunion Tour?
I'll call Noah because the ice caps will melt.
